Becoming an authorized Structogram Trainer
in Canada
Prerequisites:- Free-lance, independent trainer or in-house corporate trainer with two
or more years of personal and successful experience in a training
environment. Persons with equivalent experience in training, teaching,
coaching, facilitating or similar roles are also welcome.
- Successful attendance at the Structogram Workshops 1 & 2.
Attending the 3-day Structogram Trainer’s course for qualified trainers (“Train the Trainer“)
- All the training exercises will be taught in detail with hands-on, in-class practice sessions.
- You will learn how to successfully use the trainer’s guide to fulfill the variety of tasks and requests coming from your own workshop participants.
- You will receive your Structogram License.
- Now you’re authorized to work as a Structogram Trainer. (Details are covered in your licensing agreement).
Workshop outcome:
- You will learn the basic method of self-analysis and analysis of others.
- Through the self-analysis instruction, you will build your personal Structogram (self-knowledge).
- Through understanding your personal results you will recognize your particular strengths and weaknesses.
- Through the TRIOGRAM® you will learn how to understand others. You will learn to apply it in workshop settings.
- You will learn how to recognize and understand many differences in human behavior.
- You will be able to communicate with a larger public more quickly and successfully.
- You will receive tips on marketing and selling public and corporate Structogram workshops.
Initial Follow-up
- Two feedback sessions.
- You will discuss with an experienced Master-Trainer your personal
experiences after you teach your first Structogram session for your
client.
- You will receive suggestions and ideas concerning successful seminar arrangements with the Structogram System.
Annual Follow-up
- Meet other Structogram Trainers and exchange experiences about different application environments.
- Discuss additional practical cases, new suggestions and ideas.
- Learn about new products and training materials developed by Structogram International.
