Not a psychological test

The Biostructural Analysis is not a test in terms of a psychological test nor is it a psychometric assessment or selection tool, but rather a non-judgmental (self-) analysis of the genetically predetermined basic personality structure of a person.

The Structogram is the visualized result of the Biostructural Analysis. It summarizes in visual form on a disc the strengths, preferences and typical behaviours of a person. It is not intended to, and cannot, explain everything about a person’s behaviour. The biostructural analysis identifies the biological influences as opposed to the environmental influences on a person's behaviour. While the environment changes continuously, a person's biostructure is naturally stable over long periods.
